Position Name: DevOps/ Build & Release Engineer

Job Responsibility

• Implementation of Release engineering Processes and Management at product Level, writing and maintaining the Build scripts

• Version control, change management, Baseline management, product data management, etc.

• Collaborate with Development and Testing teams to develop tools for automation and continuously automate and improve the build and release process

• Actively troubleshoot any issues that arise during testing and production, catching and solving issues.

• Continuous Delivery Best Practices with Continuous Security and testing

• Implement, secure and maintain the Cloud Environments for QA, development, and production environment.

• Involved in writing and modifying scripts for application deployments as well as system monitoring.

• Involved in developing and overseeing the backup, replication, clustering, and failover strategies.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Configuration Management and Release Management.

• Experience with Linux/Windows servers in virtualized and cloud environments (AWS, Google, and Azure.)

• Experience in shell scripting (Shell, Python, Ruby, Nodejs), DevOps Process and Continuous Delivery

• Have experience in support of different application stack applications -Java, Python, NodeJS.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of command-line Git. (Also, prior experience with Bitbucket/Stash or GitHub or Gitlab).

• Experience and Knowledge of Continuous Integration with delivery best practices and automating repetitive tasks.

• Familiar with load balancing, firewalls, etc

• Problem-solving ability along with team spirit.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
